1. Płatność wykonana przelewem
należy przesłać na adres e-mail: ksiegowosc@forpsi.pl zeskanowane bądź wygenerowane potwierdzenie wykonania przelewu. Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać:
- nr pro formy, za którą była dokonywana płatność- datę wykonania przelewu
2. Płatność wysłana pocztą
należy wysłać wypełnione (podbite) polecenie przelewu na adres e-mail: ksiegowosc@forpsi.pl. Prosimy nie zapomnieć o podanie nr pro formy.
Potwierdzenie można również wysłać faksem na nr 032 785 38 02, koniecznie z podaniem adresu kontaktowego e-mail.
